Since all paper prints come with a .5-inch border surrounding the entirety of the print they are slightly bigger than the actual size stated (example: 11x14 is actually 12x15). These links provide frames that include mats in the frame (example:16x20 frame matted to an 11x14 print) so that you will have room to frame it how you want.
